
Rollman is a Hong Kong–style eggroll bakery that takes traditional recipes and makes them perfect for snack fans. The brand celebrates the rich aroma and nostalgic taste of eggrolls while appealing to a younger audience.
I collaborated with the Rollman team to create a playful and modern brand launch that stands out in the competitive Asian food market.
The debut took place at one of the city’s largest night markets, a perfect place to introduce a bright, friendly brand full of character and energy.

Visual Identity, Packaging Design



Concept & Inspiration
I started by defining Rollman’s core values: Cheerful, Sweet, Rich Flavours, and Young.
Rollman is modern and rooted in tradition. The visual identity uses saturated colors, playful shapes, and a quirky mascot who is having a bite of the crunchy eggrolls.
For typeface, I select DynaPuff for its soft, rounded forms. The colour palette combines bright hues with warm undertones that reference freshly baked eggrolls.
Then I expanded the system into bold shapes, lively patterns, and flexible layouts that could adapt across packaging and social media.
Packaging Design
This was where the brand really came to life. I designed wrappers and stickers that highlight the shape and texture of the eggrolls. Every piece was designed to feel fun, flavorful, and distinctively Rollman.
Rollman launched with two flavours: the Classic Eggrolls and Black Sesame Eggrolls. Both were introduced at the city's night market, where they sold out every night!
